Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your BrickMarket subscription at any time directly from your account settings page. No need to contact us — cancellation is instant and self-service. Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all features you have paid for until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
3. Refund Policy
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. All subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, except in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate/double charge: If a technical error caused your account to be charged more than once for the same billing period, contact us within 7 days at TarchickservicesLLC@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.
- Cancellation by BrickMarket without cause: If Tarchick Services LLC cancels your subscription without cause (e.g., not for a Terms of Service violation), we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
4. Subscription Pricing
Current subscription plans and pricing:
- Free: $0/month — forever free, no credit card required
- Pro: $10/month (or $8/month billed annually) — billed monthly on a recurring basis
- Deal Scanner: $20/month (or $16/month billed annually) — billed monthly on a recurring basis
Tarchick Services LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
5. Termination by BrickMarket
Tarchick Services LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend any subscription at any time for violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Examples of violations that may result in termination include fraud, abuse of the platform, or illegal activity.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tarchick Services LLC does not store your credit card information. For billing disputes or charge questions, contact us at TarchickservicesLLC@gmail.com.
