By accessing or using BrickMarket at brickmarket.co (“the Service”), operated by Tarchick Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

BrickMarket is an informational platform that provides LEGO secondary market data, AI-powered Set Scores, deal discovery tools, portfolio tracking, a peer-to-peer marketplace, and community features. BrickMarket is provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a financial advisory service, investment service, or brokerage.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website, in any email, in any Set Score, in any recommendation, or in any communication from Tarchick Services LLC or BrickMarket constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. Tarchick Services LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Users make their own decisions and Tarchick Services LLC is not responsible for any outcome. 4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BrickMarket or subscribe to any paid service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use this service.

5. Subscription Terms

BrickMarket offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: $0/month — no credit card required
• Pro: $10/month (or $8/month billed annually)
• Deal Scanner: $20/month (or $16/month billed annually)

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period. 6. Accuracy of Information

All prices and market data displayed on BrickMarket are sourced from third-party platforms including BrickLink and eBay. Tarchick Services LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Prices may be outdated, incorrect, or not reflect current market conditions. Users should independently verify all prices before making any purchase or sale decision.

7. Marketplace and Transactions

BrickMarket provides a platform for users to list and purchase LEGO sets from one another. Tarchick Services LLC is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or value of any listed item. Users are responsible for accurately representing items they list. All sales are between private parties and BrickMarket bears no liability for disputes, lost shipments, fraud, or misrepresentation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items
• Manipulate Set Score data or attempt to game any platform metric
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers without written permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post spam, misleading content, or unauthorized advertising
• Share your account credentials with other people

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on BrickMarket — including Set Scores, AI analysis, platform design, code, and branding — is owned by Tarchick Services LLC. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse BrickMarket. Tarchick Services LLC is not affiliated with the LEGO Group in any way. Set names, images, and numbers are the property of the LEGO Group and are used for informational and identification purposes only under nominative fair use. BrickLink and eBay are independent third-party platforms; their data is used for informational purposes only and BrickMarket is not affiliated with or endorsed by either platform.

10. Affiliate Disclosure

This site does not currently use affiliate links. If this changes in the future, it will be disclosed clearly on every page where affiliate links appear and in this section. Any affiliate relationship will not influence the Set Scores, data, or recommendations on this platform.

11. Third-Party Links

Links to BrickLink, eBay, LEGO.com, and other third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Tarchick Services LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

12. Testimonials and Results

Any testimonials or flip results displayed on BrickMarket reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Results are not guaranteed. Your results will vary based on your budget, the sets you choose, market conditions, and other factors. Past subscriber results do not guarantee future performance. Individual results may vary.

13. Limitation of Liability

BrickMarket is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tarchick Services LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any purchasing decision made based on information found here, including but not limited to financial losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the current billing month.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarchick Services LLC, its owner, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

16. Changes to Terms

Tarchick Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
